If the registration of an organization has been revoked or rescinded, it must stop using the certificate and certification mark and shall return the certificate within a given time limit. The BSMI shall automatically cancel the registration should the certificate not be returned by the deadline

經撤銷或廢止認可登錄之廠商，應於撤銷或廢止處分後停止使用驗證證書及認可登錄標誌，並限期繳回驗證證書；屆期未繳回，標準檢驗局得逕為註銷。
