Regulations Governing Implementation of Management System Certification Article 15
Registered organizations that suspend production or business for more than one month shall report to the inspection authority (institution) within one month of the suspension. However, registered organizations who were ordered to suspend production or business shall report to the inspection authority (institution) within five days of said order.The suspension of production or business by the registered organization's own decision in the preceding paragraph may not exceed six months.If the suspension of production or business by the registered organization's decision or order does not exceed six months, the registered organization shall report to the inspection authority (institution) one month before termination of the suspension for inspection.

取得認可登錄之廠商停工或停（歇）業在一個月以上者，應於停工或停（歇）業次日起一個月內向檢驗機關（構）備查。
但受勒令停工或停（歇）業處分者，應於處分送達之次日起五日內向檢驗機關（構）備查。
前項自行停工或停（歇）業不得超過六個月。
廠商依第一項規定自行停工或停（歇）業或受勒令停工或停（歇）業處分不超過六個月者，應於期滿前一個月向檢驗機關（構）申請追查。
但受勒令停工或停（歇）業處分者，應於處分送達之次日起五日內向檢驗機關（構）備查。
