In the process of preparing draft of national standards, on-site investigation and survey or testing, if needed, may be arranged.Such on-site investigation and survey or testing may be entrusted to other governmental institutes, organizations or experts.

編擬國家標準草案，必要時，得實施現場勘察與試驗。
