Regulations Governing Registration of Product Certification Article 12
The application for a replacement of the original registration certificate may be made if the original certificate is lost or damaged. The applicant may apply for duplicate copies if necessary.The new certificate may be directly issued if an application for registration of serial commodities is made and such commodities have been reviewed and approved.
