Regulations Governing the Use of Commodity Inspection Mark Article 4
The Mark shall be printed in accordance with the following rules:1. Under batch-by-batch inspection and monitoring inspection: The BSMI shall print the Mark labels. However, for the situations specified in items (1) to (3) of subparagraph 1, paragraph 3, Article 3, as designated or approved by the BSMI, the applicant may print the Mark labels itself in accordance with the applicable requirements.2. For registration of product certification, the Mark labels shall be printed by the applicant in accordance with the applicable requirements.3. For declaration of conformity, the Mark labels shall be printed by the applicant in accordance with the applicable requirements.

商品檢驗標識依下列規定印製：
一、逐批檢驗及監視查驗：由標準檢驗局印製。
但適用前條第三項第一款第一目至第三目經標準檢驗局指定或核准者，得由報驗義務人依規定自行印製。
二、驗證登錄：由報驗義務人依規定自行印製。
三、符合性聲明：由報驗義務人依規定自行印製。
