Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations Article 9
For the certification body applicant who fails the review process as prescribed in the preceding Article, the certification body applicant may apply for a second review process within two months from the next day of receipt of the notice. If the certification body applicant still fails the second review process, the certification body applicant shall not re-apply within three months from the next day of receipt of the notice.
