Law:: Regulations Governing Registration and Application for Inspection of Commodities

Under any of the following circumstances, the inspection authority shall reject an application for inspection:1.Failure to apply for domestic sale inspection registration in accordance with Article 19 of the Act;2.Failure to apply for inspection in accordance with Article 8 of these Regulations; or3.The application form has gross errors or omissions.

報驗義務人有下列情形之一者，檢驗機關（構）不受理其報驗：
一、未依本法第十九條辦理內銷檢驗登記者。
二、未依第八條規定申請報驗者。
三、報驗申請書內容錯誤或其他不依規定繕打者。
