Regulations Governing Fees for Commodity Inspection Article 4
The fees mentioned in the subparagraphs 1) to 6) of the first paragraph of the preceding Article shall not be collected for the following commodities:1. Commodities that are to be used for rescue purpose, accompanied with proper documentation from government authorities; or2. Commodities that are to be used for salvaging purpose, accompanied with proper documentation from government authorities.
