Regulations Governing Fees for Commodity Inspection Article 12
A fee at NT$100 shall be charged for actions concerning certificates, certificates of conformity and notices, such as issuance of replacement certificates, copies of certificates or separation of certificates, except for those specified otherwise in these Regulations.A fee at NT$100 shall be charged each time for updating information upon request by the applicant from on-line application, except for updating not attributable to the applicant.

各種證書、證明或通知書之補發、換發、加發或分割，每份新臺幣一百元。
但本辦法另有規定者，不在此限。
以電腦傳輸申請檢驗案件，申請人申請更正電腦傳送訊息者，每次計收服務費新臺幣一百元。
但不可歸責申請人之更正，不予計收。
