The Commodity Inspection Act Article 35

Commodities subject to registration of product certification shall comply with the conformity assessment procedures prescribed under Article 37 of this Act.The conformity assessment procedures shall include requirements for both the design and manufacturing stages of the commodities.The BSMI shall publicly announce the conformity assessment modules or combinations thereof applicable for various categories of commodities.
