Regulations Governing Monitoring Inspection Article 11

Under any of the following circumstances, the inspection authority shall reject an application for inspection:1. Failure to apply for monitoring inspection registration in accordance with Article 3 of these Regulations;2. Failure to apply for inspection in accordance with Article 8 of these Regulations; or3. The application form has gross errors or omissions.
