Regulations Governing Exemption from Inspection of Commodities Article 17
Commodities that are not exempted from inspection shall not be allowed to be placed on the domestic market for sale unless they have passed the inspection.An applicant shall be held responsible for the quality, hygiene and safety of the commodities exempted from inspection. The inspection authority may send its personnel to conduct checks at any time.

經准予免驗之商品，除依規定檢驗合格者外，不得進入國內市場銷售。
