Regulations Governing the Recognition of Designated Laboratory for Measuring Instrument Article 12
Under any of the following circumstances, the designated laboratory shall submit relevant documents to the dedicated weights and measures authority for reference within fifteen days commencing from the occurrence of the matter:1.Alteration of the name of the laboratory or the institution it affiliates to;2.Personnel change of quality management director; or3.Consecutive suspension of business for thirty days or longer.

指定實驗室有下列情事之一者，應於發生之日起十五日內，檢具相關文件，報度量衡專責機關備查：
