Regulations Governing Commissioned Metrology Activities Article 5
The agency or organization who is commissioned to conduct metrology activities (hereinafter referred to as “the commissioned agency (institution)”) shall not subcontract the commissioned activities.With the consent of the dedicated weights and measures authority, the commissioned agency (institution) may subcontract activities unrelated to the exercise of public power to other competent authorities, institutes or schools.

受委託執行度量衡業務者（以下簡稱受託機關（構））不得將受託事項再委託。
受託機關（構）經度量衡專責機關同意者，得將受託事項未涉及公權力行使部分交由其他政府機關（構）、團體或學校辦理。
