Regulations Governing Management of Prepackaged Products Article 2
The terms used in these Regulations are defined as follows:1. Net content: The actual mass, volume, length, area or count of the commodity in the package, exclusive of wrappers and any other material packed with such product.2. Inspection lot: A collection of prepackaged products from which a sample is drawn and inspected to determine conformance with specified criteria for acceptance or rejection as a whole.3. Inspection lot size: The number of units of prepackaged products in an inspection lot.4. Multi-piece prepackaged products: A prepackaged containing two or more individual prepackaged products or units of the same commodities which are not intended for individual sale.5. Mixed prepackaged products: A prepackaged containing two or more individual prepackaged products or units of dissimilar commodities which are not intended for individual sale.

本辦法用詞定義如下：
一、淨含量：指定量包裝商品除所有包裝材料外，所欲販賣內容物之實際質量、體積、長度、面積或數量。
二、檢驗批：指定量包裝商品單位之集合體，自其中抽取樣本加以檢驗。
三、檢驗批量：指檢驗批內定量包裝商品單位之數目。
四、多件包裝商品：指包含數個相同種類定量包裝商品，且不會分開銷售者。
五、混合包裝商品：指包含數個不同種類定量包裝商品，且不會分開銷售者。
