Regulations Governing the CNS Mark Article 6
The standards authority may commission third-party certification bodies to undertake conforming assessment, certificate issuance (or replacement), market surveillance and relevant management matters that are related to certification of CNS Mark.The provisions of the Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations shall apply mutatis mutandis to the qualifications, conditions, application procedures, audits and relevant management matters that the third-party certification bodies mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall meet. The certification fields and other specific requirements shall be announced by the standards authority.

標準專責機關得委託第三者驗證機構，辦理正字標記產品驗證業務之符合性評鑑、證書核（換）發、市場監督及相關管理事項。
前項第三者驗證機構應具備之資格、條件、申請程序及查核等相關管理事項，準用商品檢驗業務委託辦法之規定；其驗證領域及其特定要求，由標準專責機關公告之。
