Regulations Governing Electronic Licensing for the Export and Import of Commodities Article 8
Written forms of all electronic documents approved by the TITA shall be issued to applicants, except the following items:1. Export/Import Permits,2. Optical Disk Manufacturing Implement Export/Import Declarations,3. Export Permits of Strategic High-Tech Commodities,4. Other electronic documents announced by the TITA.
