Before applying for electronic documents on the TITA website, the applicant must first access the TITA website and apply to the TITA for a user ID and password, except if the applicant is using a Certification Authority IC Card issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.The applicant must submit relevant approval documents unless it is a government agency or state-run enterprise, or the applicant is not a qualified importer/exporter.

申請人於貿易署網站申辦前，除使用經濟部簽發之工商憑證者外，應先連結貿易署網站，向貿易署申請使用者帳號及密碼。
前項申請人非屬政府機關、公營事業或不具出進口廠商資格者，均需檢附相關證明文件。
