Regulations on the Management and Supervision of Preshipment Inspections Article 5
Thirty days before an inspection entity begins to conduct preshipment inspections for the government of an importing country, the inspection entity must report in writing to the TITA and attach a copy of the contract with the importing country's government authorizing it to conduct inspection for reference.Should any terms of this contract be altered, they must be reported to the TITA for reference within thirty days of the changes.If the above-mentioned contract information is written in a foreign language, a translation of it into Chinese must also be attached upon submission to the TITA.
中文原文 裝運前檢驗監督管理辦法第5條
檢驗機構應於開始執行裝運前檢驗三十日前，檢附其與進口國政府簽訂受託或被授權執行裝運前檢驗之契約報請貿易署備查。
前項契約內容如有變更時，應於變更之日起三十日內報請貿易署備查。
前二項契約內容如以外文為之，應檢附中文譯本。
