Regulations on the Management and Supervision of Preshipment Inspections Article 3
The term “preshipment inspection entity” referred to in these Regulations (hereafter referred to as “inspection entity”) means an entity which is mandated by the importing government to carry out preshipment inspection on commodities being exported from this country to the importing country.
