Foreign Trade Act Article 2
The term “foreign trade” refers to the exporting and importing of goods, or both, as well as other activities related to them.The term “goods” in the preceding paragraph includes trademarks, patents, copyrights, and any other intellectual property rights that are attached thereto and protected by law.
