Regulation on Handling Import Relief Cases Article 7
The term "interested parties" referred to in this Regulation include the following:1. Foreign producers or exporters, domestic importers or the commercial/industrial associations to which they belong as major members, of the imported products concerned,2. The government or its representative(s) of the exporting countries or the countries of origin, of the imported products concerned,3. Domestic producers of like products or directly competitive products, or the commercial/industrial associations to which they belong as major members,4. Other interested parties as identified by the MOEA.

本辦法所稱利害關係人，其範圍如下：
一、貨品之國外生產者、國外出口商、國內進口商或以其為主要會員之商業或工業團體。
二、貨品輸出國或產製國政府或其代表。
三、國內相同或直接競爭產品之生產者或以其為主要會員之商業或工業團體。
四、其他經經濟部認定之利害關係人。
