Regulations governing the custody, utilization and application of revenue/expenditure from the Trade Promotion Fund Article 3
The Fund is a special fund as referred to in sub-Paragraph 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the Budget Law. It is listed under the category of economic special revenue fund, as a sub-budget of the subordinate unit budget. The Ministry of Economic Affairs (hereinafter referred to as “the MOEA”) is the competent authority.The MOEA may commission the International Trade Administration (hereinafter referred to as “the TITA”) to make use and to carry out the spending of the Fund.

本基金為預算法第四條第一項第二款所定之特種基金，隸屬於經濟特別收入基金項下，編製附屬單位預算之分預算，以經濟部（以下簡稱本部）為主管機關。
