Regulations Governing Issuance of Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Processing Article 24-1
If the applicant fails to meet the requirements set forth in these regulations, resulting in the inability to apply for an extension of the completion process, cancellation, cancellation (payment) and renewal, or reissuance of the Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Processing from the issuing body, they must submit a special approval document issued by the TITA.
