Regulations Governing Registration of Exporters and Importers Article 5-1
The primary name and the type of company shall be checked to determine whether the English name of the exporter/importer is identical. If the primary name or the type of company is different, then the English name shall be deemed different.When checking the English name of an exporter/importer, if its key words indicate a different type of business, or it contains distinguishable words, symbols, or spaces that are different, or it contains corporate designations (e.g., “Inc.,” “Co.,” etc.) that are different, then its English name shall be deemed different, even if the primary name and the type of company are the same.
