Regulations for Rewarding Informants in Cases Involving False Labeling of Origin of Goods by Exporters/Importers Article 6
Once the reported violation is verified by TITA and the administrative penalty has been determined, the informant shall be granted a monetary reward equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the actual fine collected.The total amount of monetary rewards received by an informant in the same calendar year shall not exceed NT$1,800,000.

檢舉案件經貿易署查證屬實且處分確定者，依實收罰鍰金額之百分之二十發給檢舉人獎金。
