Regulations for Rewarding Informants in Cases Involving False Labeling of Origin of Goods by Exporters/Importers Article 4
No reward shall be granted if the report involves any of the following circumstances:1. The report is made anonymously or under an alias.2. No evidence is found based on the reported violation or the evidence does not match the report.3. The competent authorities or other government agencies were already aware of the violation prior to the report.4. Cases that have been published on the internet, newspapers, magazines, radio, television, other media, or public places.5. Cases discovered while on-duty public servants were carrying out their regular duties.

檢舉案件有下列情形之一者，應不予獎勵：
一、檢舉人匿名或以不真實姓名檢舉。
二、檢舉案件查無具體事證或與檢舉事證不符。
三、檢舉案件在被檢舉前業經本部發現或處理在案。
四、已於網路、報章雜誌、廣播電視、其他媒體或公共場所公開之案件。
五、公務員依法執行職務時所發現。
