Regulations for Rewarding Informants in Cases Involving False Labeling of Origin of Goods by Exporters/Importers Article 2
The competent authority for these regulations is the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), and the implementation shall be carried out by the International Trade Administration (hereafter referred to as TITA) of the MOEA.
