Regulations Governing Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism for Jewelry Businesses Article 1

These Regulations are enacted pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 7, the preceding section of paragraph 4 of Article 8, paragraph 3 of Article 10, paragraph 3 of Article 12, paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Money Laundering Control Act and paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Counter-Terrorism Financing Act.
