Retail Market Management Regulation Article 27
People violating article 24 by running market business without permission shall be subject to immediate closure or debarment and the person in charge or the land or building owner shall be liable for a fine of NT$10,000 to NT$50,000. For continuous operation after disciplinary action, the person in charge or the land or building owner shall be liable for a fine of NT$50,000 to NT$250,000; a repeated disciplinary action and penalty shall be imposed each time until closure of the business.

違反第二十四條規定，未經核准擅自經營市場業務者，主管機關除勒令停業外，各處負責人及土地或建物所有權人新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰。
經勒令停業仍繼續營業者，各處負責人及土地或建物所有權人新臺幣五萬元以上二十五萬元以下罰鍰，並得按次連續處罰至停業為止。
