When applying for the review and classification, the applicants shall ensure the machine complies with the relevant intellectual property laws and regulations; the following documents shall be submitted to the M.O.E.A. in the prescribed format, with all Chinese text in Traditional Chinese:1.Application form for Electronic Game Machine Reviewing (Appendix 1)2.Description of the Electronic Game Machine (Appendix 2), four copies3.Video files showing how to operate the electronic game machine4.Photocopies of the certificates from manufacturers (e.g. factory registrations, importer/exporterregistration)5. Affidavit of Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations for the Electronic Game Machine (Appendix 3).The 25th of each month is the deadline for applications. Any change in the deadline will beannounced by the M. O. E. A. website.The M. O. E.
