Business Entity Accounting Act Article 83
（Effective Date）This Law shall enter into force on the date of promulgation.The amendments to this Law, promulgated on May 30, 2014, and shall enter into force on January 1, 2016, provided that a business may voluntarily adopt the amended provisions from the fiscal year beginning on or after May 30, 2014.
