Business Entity Accounting Act Article 75

（Penalty (4)）Any person who, without the required qualifications to handle accounting affairs on behalf of others in accordance with the law, unlawfully handles the accounting affairs of a business and engages in any of the conduct specified in Articles 71 and 72, shall be subject to penalties in accordance with the provisions of the respective Articles.
