Business Registration Act Article 9-1
A business entity shall, after its establishment registration, attend a labor rights workshop held by government agencies at all levels or by a nonprofit organization designated by such agencies.The Central Relevant Authority shall indicate on its information website whether the business entity has attended the labor rights workshop referred to in the preceding paragraph.
