Business Registration Act Article 35

Upon approving the application filed by any person in accordance with this Act for pre-registration enquiry, registration, inspection, making copies of or to duplicate a business name and scope of business, or requesting certification of the business information registered, the Relevant Authorities at the place where the business is located shall charge the applicant a fee in accordance with the guideline governing the types of fees and charge rates prescribed by the Central Relevant Authority.At a time of filing for the business suspension, resumption and or termination, no filing fee is required to be paid.
