Regulations Governing the Application of Business Registration Article 7
In the case of business transfer, the transferee shall apply for the transfer registration by submitting the following documents:1.the application form;2.the transfer agreement; and3.the identification document of the responsible person; in the case of partnership, the written consents of the partners or the partnership agreement shall also be submitted.In the case of business merger another business , the the surviving business shall apply for the merger registration by submitting the following documents:1.the application form;2.the merger agreement; in the case of partnership, the written consents of the partners or the partnership agreement shall also be submitted.

商業轉讓者，應由受讓人檢具下列文件，申請轉讓登記：
一、申請書。
二、轉讓契約書。
三、負責人之身分證明文件；屬於合夥組織者，並應檢具合夥人之同意書或合夥契約書。
商業與他商業之營業合併而成為一商業，應由存續商業檢具下列文件，申請營業合併登記及消滅商業之歇業登記：
一、申請書。
二、合併契約；屬於合夥組織者，並應檢具合夥人之同意書或合夥契約書。

二、轉讓契約書。
三、負責人之身分證明文件；屬於合夥組織者，並應檢具合夥人之同意書或合夥契約書。
