A person with limited disposing capacity operating a business independently or being a partner of a partnership shall obtain the consent from his/her statutory presentative or agent. In applying for various business registrations, such person shall submit the written consent of the statutory representative or agent.A person under assistance operating a business independently or being a partner of a partnership shall obtain the consent of his/her assistant. In applying for various business registrations, such person shall submit the written consent of the assistant.

限制行為能力人獨立經營商業或為合夥事業之合夥人者，應經法定代理人同意；申請商業登記時，應附法定代理人之同意書。
受輔助宣告之人獨立經營商業或為合夥事業之合夥人者，應經輔助人同意；申請商業登記時，應附輔助人之同意書。
