Regulations Governing the Application of Business Registration Article 18
When an alternation of the location of business, the addresses of the responsible person or the partners resulted from rezoning of administrative zones or reassignment of door numbers, an amendment to registration shall be filed by submitting the supporting documents of such reassignment of door numbers.In the case of two businesses using the same business name resulted from rezoning of administrative zones, the businesses may continue using their business names.

因行政區域之調整或門牌改編致商業所在地、負責人或合夥人地址變動者，應檢具門牌整編或改編證明文件，申請變更登記。
因行政區域之調整致發生商業名稱相同者，其名稱得繼續使用。
