Regulations Governing the Application of Business Registration Article 13
When a statutory representative or an agent operating a registered business for a person who lacks disposing capacity or has only limited disposing capacity, the statutory representative or the agent, by submitting the identification documents, shall apply for the registration of operation by agent.
