二、輸入、輸出資料之格式。
三、會計資料控制之方法，包括會計資料之輸入、處理、輸出及存取之控制。
四、會計項目代號與其中文名稱對照表。
五、錯誤資料之處理程序。
六、資料備份及復原之程序。
