Commodity Labeling Act Article 15
Where a commodity is sold on an Internet platform, the competent authority in a municipality government or a county (city) government may, as required, order the Internet platform operator to provide relevant information of the poster, supplier or seller, and the Internet platform operator shall not evade, impede or refuse.

商品於網際網路平臺販賣者，直轄市或縣（市）主管機關於必要時，得令網際網路平臺業者提供刊登者、供貨者或販賣業者之相關資料；網際網路平臺業者不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
