Limited Partnership Act Article 18
A partner shall not retrieve all or part of his or her capital contribution unless otherwise provided by the limited partnership agreement.Even if the limited partnership agreement provides for such retrieval, a partner shall not retrieve any of his or her capital contribution unless the limited partnership has paid off its current debts or lodged the amount of the debts in court for its creditors.A partner who retrieves his or her capital contribution in violation of the provisions set forth in the preceding two Paragraphs shall be liable for the creditors of the limited partnership to the extent of the amount retrieved.

合夥人之出資額，除有限合夥契約另有約定者外，不得取回其出資額之全部或一部。
合夥人依有限合夥契約約定得取回其出資額者，非經有限合夥清償現有債務或為債權人提存後，不得為之。
合夥人違反前二項規定，取回其出資額者，於取回之範圍內，對有限合夥之債權人負其責任。
