The companies that are not applicable to Article 22-1 of the Act mentioned in the proviso of Paragraph 1, Article 22-1 of the Act shall be limited to the following paragraphs.1. a company provided in Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Administrative Law of State-Owned Enterprise.2. A company offering its shares to the public.3. Other companies announced by the central competent authority jointly with the Ministry of Justice.

本法第二十二條之一第一項但書所稱不適用該條規定之公司，以下列各款為限：
一、國營事業管理法第三條第一項所定之公司。
二、公開發行股票之公司。
三、其他經中央主管機關會同法務部公告之公司。
