Company Act Article 151

I.The inauguration meeting may amend the Articles of Incorporation or resolve not to incorporate the company.II.The provisions of Article 277, Paragraphs 2 through 4 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the aforesaid amendment of Articles of Incorporation; and the provisions of Article 316 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the aforesaid resolution not to incorporate the company.
