Company Act Article 129
The promoters of a company limited by shares shall draw up the Articles of Incorporation containing the following particulars and shall affix thereon their respective signatures or personal seals:1.The name of the company;2.The scope of business to be operated by the company;3.For a company issuing par value shares, the total number of shares and the par value of each share certificate; for a company issuing no par value shares, the total number of shares.4.The location of the company;5.The number of directors and supervisors, and the term of their respective offices; and6.The date of establishment of the Articles of Incorporation.

發起人應以全體之同意訂立章程，載明下列各款事項，並簽名或蓋章：

三、採行票面金額股者，股份總數及每股金額；採行無票面金額股者，股份總數。
