Company Act Article 125
I.A shareholder of limited liability may, with the unanimous agreement of all shareholders of unlimited liability, be expelled under any of the following circumstances:1.Non-performance of his obligation to contribute his capital share; or2.Improper conduct detrimental to the interest of the company.II.The aforesaid expulsion shall not be valid in respect to such shareholder until after due notice shall have been given to him.
