Company Act Article 113
A modification of Articles of Incorporation, consolidation or merger and dissolution of a limited company shall be approved by two thirds or more of voting shares of all shareholders.Subject to the provision of the preceding paragraph, for modification of Articles of Incorporation, consolidation or merger, dissolution and liquidation of a limited company, the relevant provisions of the unlimited company shall apply mutatis mutandis.
