Regulations Governing Review of Applications for Reservation of Corporate Names and Business Scopes Article 12
A Reservation Application shall be denied if the business to be operated by the company to be incorporated:1. Can only be operated by the government pursuant to laws.2. Subject to provisions otherwise prescribed by laws and regulations.
