Integrated Circuit Layout Protection Act Article 6
Unless otherwise specified under this Act, the creator of a circuit layout or the creator's successor or assignee may apply for registration for the circuit layout.With reference to the preceding Paragraph, if there is a plurality of creators, successors, or assignees, they shall jointly apply for registration. However, if there is a contract stating otherwise, such contract shall govern.
