Integrated Circuit Layout Protection Act Article 36
The competent authority of circuit layout affairs may establish an Assessment and Mediation Committee to handle assessment, dispute resolution, and compulsory licensing matters related to circuit layout rights.Regulations governing the establishment of the Committee shall be prescribed separately by the competent authority.
